Upgraded from an XT1 to the XT2 GX54 D, and it’s night and day. The 26 HP Kohler engine is powerful, and the 54-inch deck makes mowing my 2-acre lawn a breeze. The seat is comfortable, and the differential lock is great for uneven terrain.
I have 7 acres of hilly, rocky terrain in Vermont, and this mower handles it all. With 380 hours on it, I’ve had zero issues. The differential lock is a game-changer for traction, and it even pulls a wood trailer and snowblower in winter. Highly recommend!
Great mower for the price. The 26 HP Kohler engine provides ample power, and the 54-inch deck reduces mowing time. The turning radius is tight, making it easy to maneuver around obstacles. Would have given 5 stars if the deck lift was easier to operate.
I mow 5 acres with this tractor, and it performs flawlessly. The cruise control is a nice touch, and the differential lock helps on the steeper parts of my property. The high-back seat with armrests makes long mowing sessions comfortable.
