My husband likes the lawnmower more than I do. He enjoys riding and doing maintenance for our home. It is noisy, but the cut is very close and nice. Performs well. Our house looks nice.
Just picked up this XT2 today. Fast delivery, all’s fine.
I have this model and it is decent. The transmission is a little weak in comparison to a higher-end model. So you could burn it out with a combination of the grade and attachments you plan to use. I would say the biggest downside is probably the proprietary spindles they have on it. You literally cannot find replacement blades other than Cub Cadet brand anywhere and those come at a premium.
I’ve really enjoyed this mower. It does a great job with our large yard. It is easy to operate and use. My wife likes to drive it too. I’ve had some minor issues with the electric, but have been easily able to fix it myself. I would buy another Cub Cadet. I would like a larger one, one day.
