This thing is a game-changer for my suburban yard in California. Zero-turn radius means I can zip around obstacles effortlessly. The 23 HP Kawasaki engine is quiet for its power, and the dual hydrostatic transmissions provide smooth, quick speeds up to 7 MPH. I’ve put over 50 hours on it already with no problems. Cub Cadet nailed it with this model.

The ZT1 50 is a powerhouse: 23 HP Kawasaki twin-cylinder engine tears through overgrown areas, and the adjustable speeds from the dual hydrostatic transmissions let me fine-tune for precision. I’ve recommended it to all my friends in the neighborhood.
Good mower overall. The build quality is excellent, and it starts on the first pull. Wish the grass catcher was included, but that’s an add-on. Handles slopes decently with its dual hydrostatic transmissions.
It’s functional, but I’ve had some vibration issues after a few uses. Good power from the 23 HP engine, though, and the zero-turn is handy. Hoping it lasts with its e-coated frame.
