This is my second John Deere mower. The first one was bought over 10 years ago, and because of its reliability and performance, I bought another one.
Easy to change oil filter…easy to take off, not able to install new easy to change filter. Changed the filter to a spin-on cartridge type. Gas tank filling spout manufactured at an angle, impossible to add gas without overfilling. Grass clipping bags, whomever designed didn’t have much idea that when the bags are full, almost impossible for an average person to lift to empty. My mower is E130, 42-inch cutting deck John Deere. When a concern is presented to John Deere, promises made to return my call, never happens.
