The product is unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
You have the proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
⚠️ Used, damaged, or customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund, store credit, or ship a replacement.
🚚 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless due to our error.
